Road Improvements on the way for Southeast Urbana

City leaders gave the ok for road improvements in southeast Urbana. They approved expanding Philo Road from Windsor to Florida Avenue. Work will begin between Windsor and Colorado first. New development is starting to pick up in that part of town. City le
