New Lotto Game to Help Vets

Vets across Illinois will benefit from the Lottery. A new scratch ticket was unveiled Friday. It`s called "Veterans Cash" and all proceeds from the them will go to support the Department of Veterans Affairs, which awards grants and funds services for Ve
