Decatur Pipe Break

Updated: January 7, 2009
Sanitary crews in Decatur had quite a mess on their hands. A sludge pipe broke earlier this week just west of the intersection of West Main and Dipper Lane. The Sanitary Department says a crack in one of the pipes gushed out sludge into the streets.
