Vermilion County Teen Pregnancy Rate

More teenagers are having babies in Vermilion County than nearly every other county in Illinois. The 2004 teen birth numbers are out and Vermilion County`s rate is well above the state average. The 16.4% rate is down slightly from 2003 but still higher
