State Lawmakers Back at Capitol

State lawmakers are back at work. Tuesday Governor Rod Blagojevich introduced a $3-billion plan to build new roads and schools. It`s the day before lawmakers meet for the spring session. Republicans are busy reviewing the governor`s plan. House Leader
