Governor`s Push to Clean Up the Environment Could be Costly

Your power bill could be going up again. On Thursday the governor announced a plan that would require Illinos` coal-fired power plants to cut their mercury emissions. The proposal would reduce emissions by about 90% by July 2009. That is stricter
