Tank Crashes Through Roof at Water Plant

Firefighters in Rantoul are cleaning up after a tank fell through the roof of the water plant. Firefighters say a tank on the roof was loading lime used to clean the water when it fell through. Two workers were inside at the time but got out ok. Twenty-on
