Charges lessened for Brothers Involved in Champaign House Fire

Charges have been downgraded for two brothers in Champaign accused of starting a fire at their campus apartment. Kevin and Sean Carey were arrested on charges of aggravated arson. Police say they were setting boxes on fire on their front porch on South
