Last week...We told you many were having trouble with their cable and internet service.
Now their service is up and running after months of problems...
Officials from Mediacom say the outages took place sporadically for people in the Patterson Springs area of Douglas County.
18-homes were affected by this lack of service...
For their troubles... company representatives say theyll credit those customers with two months of service.
"Weve now replaced that faulty equipment and restored proper service levels to the entire community. And weve learned a lot from it. It was an intermittent problem and thats part of why it was so hard to diagnose," said Todd Acker with Mediacom.
Acker says hell personally write a letter of apology to all those affected by the outages.
