Ogden Armed Robbery

OGDEN - Police in Champaign County are on the lookout for a man who opened fire inside a store before robbing it at gunpoint. It happened just after 1:00 p.m. at Kirchner's Building Center on East Avenue in Ogden. No one was hurt, but the gunman got away with cash on foot. A gun was found outside the business shortly after the robbery, but police aren't sure if it was involved in the crime.
The suspect is described as a white man in his 40's, medium build wearing a black shirt and khaki pants. If you have any information call Crimestoppers at 373-TIPS.
