u of iCHAMPAIGN--- Countless hours of studying, late night fast food runs and time with friends all came to an end on Sunday as the University of Illinois celebrated it's 136th commencement. Two separate ceremonies took place at Assembly Hall with thousands of student attending each one. As you can imagine graduates were quite excited about completing their college careers and entering the work force. "I think it was wonderful, it provided me a lot of opportunities to grow and practice what I do." Says Education Major Kendall Jackson. "It's emotional and I'm really excited to be done." Says honors student Stephanie Noller. "But I’m also going to miss being in school and being here with all my friends." And there were other graduates who were just thankful to be in their caps and gowns. "I cannot speak enough volumes about this University, the people that have helped me along the way" Says Accounting Major Brad Stein. "My hat goes off to them, they got me here." Giving Sunday's keynote address was "You Tube" co-founder and 2004 U of I graduate Jawed Karim. Karim also received the first ever Chancellor’s "No Boundaries" Award.
