Janitors at the University of Illinois want more protection after one of their own was harassed on the job. Police say a woman was mopping at a building on campus last week when a man came up behind her and grabbed her inappropriately. The incident has other workers concerned. They want more security when theyre at work. Marla Heath, a building service worker, says "We have a lot of workers, especially building service workers, that are sent out to lock buildings by themselves in the dark, through dark allies and dark parking lots with no flashlight, no whistle, no radio. If they dont have a cell phone, theyre on their own." Nearly 90% of the universitys janitors work through the night. The university says it hasnt heard any complaints.
