Shelbyville's Wienke calls it quits

SHELBYVILLE - Shelbyville football coach Stan Wienke is calling it quits.

Wienke has resigned, and he says he wants to focus more on his family and his health.  Wienke spent the last two seasons at Shelbyville.  Before that he was at Tuscola for 18 years, where he won 149 games, including one state championship.
