URBANA -- A watchdog group says electricity programs in our area aren't making the grade. The Citizens Utility Board sent out a report Monday. It grades the state on municipal aggregation.

Illinois got an "incomplete." CUB says people living in Illinois saved over $200 million but they're worried about misleading pitches from electric companies and high exit fees.

Urbana started using municipal aggregation last summer. City leaders say so far they're happy with the change. Urbana's Chief of Staff says the average household could save about $110 a year.
