Man arrested after shots fired

CHARLESTON -- One man was arrested after shots were fired early Saturday morning. It happened at the Penalty Box on 4th Street.

Investigators said a group of EIU students got into a fight. Dionte McWillis was arrested for aggravated battery, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. Police are still investigating who fired the shots in this incident. Two cars at the scene were damaged but no one was injured.
