Flaming Irish Coffee with Dublin O'Neil's

Dublin O'Neil's Signature Flaming Irish Coffee
    1/2 Oz. The Knot
    1 TBS. Brown Sugar
    1 Oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
    6 Oz. Freshly Brewed Coffee
    2 TBS. Freshly Made Whipped Cream
    
1.Pour The Knot In A Wine Glass
2.Coat The Inside Of The Glass With The Knot By Tilting The Glass Around
3.Light The Knot On Fire Using A Long Stemmed Lighter
4.Add The Brown Sugar And Allow For The Sugar To Caramelize In The Flame
5.Put Out Flame By Covering The Glass
6.Add The Jameson Irish Whiskey and Fill With Coffee Leaving About 1/2 inch of the top available
7.Garnish With The Whipped Cream and Serve
