Morning bank robbery

SAVOY -- A bank robbery occurred at Busey Bank on Arbours Drive in Savoy this morning around 10 a.m.
The suspect is described as an overweight, white/male about 5'10" wearing a sweatshirt w/a skull on it and a hat w/a skull on it, facial hair and two piercings on lower lip with rings.
Suspect vehicle may be a dark green older SUV type vehicle, dark windows last seen south bound on Neil Street. The vehicle does not have a rear plate.
