Help Solve Criminal Damage Case

MATTOON -- Police want help identifying a suspect accused of disorderly conduct and criminal damage. The incident happened March 12, in the early morning hours near Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center.
A man was sitting in his car on the side of the road, when a dark-colored vehicle pulled up alongside. The victim heard a loud noise, saw a flash of light and was hit by flying glass when his window was shattered.
