Prescription Drugs Stolen

SuspectCHAMPAIGN - A man steals prescription drugs from a Walgreens Pharmacy.  In Crime Watch, police hope pictures from the store's surveillance cameras will help them find him.  You see one of those pictures to the left.  The suspect is described as a black man, 20-30 years old, 170 pounds and about 5-feet 10-inches tall.  He was wearing a red and white polo shirt, black jeans and white tennis shoes.  Police say, he walked into the Walgreens at 1713 W. Springfield Avenue Wednesday morning around 2:30 September 3rd.  He made his way to the back of the store to the pharmacy, jumped over the counter and grabbed several prescriptions.  If you know who the man is, call Champaign County Crimestoppers at 373-TIPS.  Or you can send in a text tip on your cell phone.
