A new playground will soon honor the lives of some kids who were lost in beason last year.

But organizers needed some help from the community first.

People from all over helped raise money for the project, not just Beason or Lincoln, but all across Logan county.

The murder of justina and dillan constant, and austin gee is tragic memory for the local community.

But Saturday's event is one of the many steps to put it all behind them.

Building the playground starts in Beason Saturday, May 1st.

There are more than 100 volunteers already, but organizers say they could always use more.
