Illini lose Braggin' Rights 82-73 to Missouri

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Missouri's size proved too much for Illinois overcome Saturday, as the Illini lose the Braggin' Rights game to the Tigers for a fourth straight year 82-73.  Brandon Paul led the way for Illinois with 23 points, but the Tigers (10-1) pounded Illinois on the glass.  St. Louis-native Tyler Griffey scored 14 points in his final Braggin' Rights game, and Joseph Bertrand added 13.  Sophomore Nnanna Egwu provided a big spark with a career-high 12 points and 9 rebounds.

Illinois (12-1) returns to action next Saturday against Auburn at the United Center in Chicago.
