DALLAS, Tex. - Former Illini Josh Brent will not be allowed on the Dallas Cowboys' sideline the rest of the year, according to an agreement between the league and the team.

Brent is facing charges of intoxication manslaughter in the death of his teammate and former Illini Jerry Brown.  Brent was visible on the sideline for Sunday's game, but the team faced harsh criticism from CBS broadcaster Boomer Esiason and from fans for allowing Brent to be there.
