Illini hoops ranked 22nd in both national polls

CHAMPAIGN - The Illinois men's basketball team has entered the top 25 rankings, checking in at No. 22 in both the Associated Press and USA Today Coaches Poll.  Illinois, 7-0, is ranked for the first time since beating Ohio State at Assembly Hall last season.  Illinois will host Georgia Tech (4-1) Wednesday night (8:00pm, ESPN 2) in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge.
