Illinois wins Maui Invitational, Paul named MVP

The Illinois basketball team defeated Butler 78-61 to win the Maui Invitational. Brandon Paul was named tournament MVP and D.J. Richardson was also named to the all-tournament team. The Illini never trailed in any of the three games in Hawaii. Illinois moves to 6-0.
