CHAMPAIGN - One of Illinois' most promising young defensive players is no longer with the football team.  Freshman Ta'Jarvis Fuller has been dismissed from the team for a violation of team rules.

Fuller was a 3-star recruit and Parade All-American.  He was recovering from a broken hand and was expected to contribute at the STAR position, which is a hybrid linebacker/safety.

The Florida-native even enrolled early last winter to get a jumpstart on the season, but his Illinois career is over.
