CHAMPAIGN - Illinois junior Darius Millines has shown flashes of being one of the best receivers in the Big Ten, but injuries have slowed his progress the last couple years, and that has continued into this season.

He has been in and out of the lineup and has just three catches in three games.  He caught just one ball before injuring his shoulder Saturday.  The team isn't sure if he'll be back this week.

In his absence, young receivers have emerged.  Freshman Justin Hardee and sophomore Fritz Rock have stepped up, and they've used Donovonn Young as a receiver out of the backfield to give the quarterbacks more options to work with.
