Report: Scheelhaase won't start vs. Charleston Southern

CHAMPAIGN - The Illinois football team is ready to rebound, but they may have to do it without starting quarterback Nathan Scheelhaase.  The Big Ten Network reported Friday that Scheelhaase (ankle) won't start Saturday's game vs. Charleston Southern (11 am, BTN).  WCIA 3 has not been able to confirm this report.  Scheelhaase missed last week's game at Arizona State due to a sprained ankle suffered in the opener against Western Michigan.

If Scheelhaase does not play, Reilly O'Toole and Miles Osei are expected to split the offensive snaps.
