CHAMPAIGN -- There's going to be a new addition at Memorial Stadium. The scoreboard is coming down after the season wraps. It needs repairs at least once a week.

It will be replaced with an upgrade described as "bigger and better." The new board costs $7 million. It will be installed for next season.
