Future footballers take lessons from Illini

CHAMPAIGN -- Future football stars were at Memorial Stadium Thursday night to learn from the Illini and coaches. The UI held its first of eight youth football clinics.

All kids in kindergarten through 8th grade are invited to join. This week's theme was linebackers. A different clinic is offered each Thursday at 5:30 pm. Next week's workout is will Illini receivers.
