Illinois offers scholarship to Lanphier's Austin

Bruce Weber is staying within Central Illinois in his search for a future point guard Weber today offered a scholarship to Lanphier sophomore Larry Austin, Jr.
Austin doesn't graduate until 2014 so he still has some time to figure out what he wants to do. He has already earned international attention, starting for Team USA's U16 team last summer. Now Illinois is officially in the mix for the Lanphier guard, offering him a scholarship - its his second D-1 offer.
