Terminix Pest Control is a locally owned franchise, in addition to being part of Terminix International, the world's largest termite and pest control company.

Terminix Services, Inc. is headquartered in Danville, Illinois. The franchise was purchased by Mr. and Mrs. Dean Fulton in 1946. The business grew modestly at first, and then started to gain strength. The business prospered to the point where Dean Fulton decided it was time to sell the business to his son, William E. Fulton in 1971. Terminix grew substantially over the next 3 decades. William T. Fulton, and his wife Emily, then purchased the franchise from his uncle, William E. Fulton in 2003.

The business has continued to flourish and grow dramatically since its 1946 inception. We currently employ about 40 associates in all areas of our franchise. With that growth comes responsibility. Terminix Services has always believed in giving back to the communities that have supported its growth throughout the years. We provide scholarships, as well as, teach classes at many area schools throughout the year. We, along with our employees, are involved in many charity organizations, schools, youth sports, etc. in our local communities.

We at Terminix believe that while our history is rich with tradition, our future holds even more exciting potential for growth and achievement for us and for those we serve.
