History
Swanson's Roofing began back in 1996, when owner-operator Cory Swanson began subcontracting for larger general contractors and home owners. By 1998, this focus switched to residential roofing and the expansion of concrete services. Not long after that in 1999, stamped concrete design became a service that Swanson's Roofing expanded its interests to.
Swanson's Roofing reputation is built heavily by local word-of-mouth and our work stands for itself. We are happy to provide references upon request!!
We are so confident in our ability to service you before, during, and after the project, that we even include a service agreement that is free of charge to our roofing customers. An excerpt from this agreement:
"...More importantly than the manufacturer’s warranty, we feel is our free service agreement. We agree bi-annually within 30 +/- days of your installation date to come back and inspect your roof. We will be looking for signs of unusual aging, cracking or algae growth. We will also inspect all roof penetrations such as skylights, roof vents, plumbing vents or chimneys. All flashings and caulked areas will be inspected. On the 3rd inspection, or 6 years after installation, we will re-caulk all caulked areas. This service agreement remains active for 10 years from the date of installation. Your manufacturers warranty remains active throughout the duration of set warranty..."

I personally am a lifetime resident of Rantoul, Illinois. I graduated from Rantoul High School, and college from The University of Illinois. I am married with 3 children and currently live in St. Joseph, Illinois. Our shop location is based in Rantoul, Illinois. I am licensed, bonded and FULLY INSURED (Worker's Comp./Liability Ins.). I strive to provide the highest level of professionalism, with a small town contractor's personal relationship with the customers--I think that makes a big difference to our community and I will always perform my projects in this manner.
I fully understand that one of the largest investments in a person's life is their home. I feel as a contractor, that providing the highest quality craftsmanship, with the highest quality materials will provide our homeowners with superior satisfaction and a worry-free piece of mind. We try to do all this at affordable and reasonable prices. We even have one person dedicated to doing this function--so there is an expert at all times looking to get the best deal for you at ALL times!!! No matter how small or large the job, we are here to HELP you!!!!!
