The push to bring wind farms to Champaign County just got tougher.
Some Newcomb Township residents don't want turbines close to home.
They met Tuesday Night to talk about protesting a zoning ordinance to make that possible.
People are worried they'll be eye sores and too noisy.
Others say those problems wouldn't go away if wind farms pop up in other counties.
They say the benefits outweigh the costs.
