John Turnbo is neighbors with the couple. In June, he hung a noose out side of his home.
He also sharpened a sword on his porch, while yelling slurs at the two men.The jury found Turnbo not guilty of two other counts of hate crime. Prosecutors say he yelled hateful statements at his neighbors in April. Turnbo will be sentenced in October. He could get 6 years in prison. |
