SPRINGFIELD- A Springfield neighborhood is on alert after they say 3 dogs in the area died from being poisoned.
It’s happening on the city’s East side on the 1200 block of East Phillips Street.
Carla Monigan says she’s the latest victim. Her 10-month old bull dog mix died last night.
Monigan says she can’t understand why someone would want to hurt one of her dogs.
Police say they’re investigating. -
