SPRINGFIELD- The death of a Lincoln toddler has neighbors in shock.
   2-year-old Lucas Alberts died yesterday from severe head trauma. Lincoln Police are calling it a homicide.
   Authorities say Alberts’ mom took him to the Lincoln hospital and he was later flown to Peoria. But she isn’t the only one police want to question. Authorities also say a man was with the mother when Alberts was hurt.
