WCIA3 Chief Meteorologist Robert Reese knows weather! With a father in the Air Force, Robert traveled extensively while growing up and witnessed a variety of weather all over the world. The family eventually settled in Arcola, Illinois, where Robert completed high school. He attended Eastern Illinois University and graduated from the broadcast meteorology program at Mississippi State University.

Judy was born and raised in Hartford, Wisconsin, a small town outside Milwaukee. "Your smile makes everything, including the weather, so much more tolerable," said a viewer in a letter to Judy Fraser. "That letter means more to me than any professional accolade. I love people," says Judy. As a weathercaster for WCIA 3 News, Judy has ample opportunity to show it.
